EDLD 5363 Web Conference 3
THe July 2nd web conference basically answered questions that a lot of people had about week 5 assignment. A lot of people had questions about editing our videos and reporting our action research progress in assignment 5.9. I was glad to have that information cleared up considering I hadn't had to give any reports since the action research class. It was a great reminder of what I should be doing and how much more work I have to complete before the end of this degree program. The web conference also clarified some of the questions I had about the reflections we are submitting next week.

EDLD 5363 Web Conference 1
June 4th web conference basically consisted of answering basic questions about what was to be expected in thsi course. A lot of people worked on getting the groups together for the upcoming weeks and asking questions about the material we would be using for our assignments. So far it seems that EDLD 5363 will be a very hands on class, so I am excited to see what knowledge and experience I will gain in the upcoming weeks.

EDLD 5363 Web Conference 2
The web conference on June 9th provided many answers I had about the week assignment. A lot of people had questions about embedding the assingments on youtube and putting them on our blog or wiki for our assignment fo the week. One thing I learned about posting on youtube that I did not know befor the web conference is that you can actually put up a youtube video and make it only accessible to those who have the exact link. In the past I have avoided posting assignments on YouTube because I only created the assignment for class, and not for the world to see. This was very beneficial information to me.

EDLD 5301 Week 2.
This week in EDLD 5301 we read more about action research and identified a lot of real examples used in the school. We read several types of action research projects and identified the importance of each one. My favorite part of the week 2 assignment was watching actual school leaders discuss the positive influences of action research in their school district. They all gave helpful tips on deciding what action research project to use, the best time to start it, and how to find the best method for getting the most our of an action research for a specific school need.
